About Vania

Vania Hamlin’s background in business development and management enables her to ensure high-quality service delivery and sound business growth. Vania’s abilities give focus to streamlining processes and maximising efficiencies.

Her understanding of the industry stems from experience as a salesperson and office manager in a locally owned real estate company, and as owner of two property investment companies.

Vania joined the Independent Agent team because she could see the growth trajectory that the business was on and loved the potential opportunity to offer a scalable and valuable service to real estate salespeople and the industry in general.

Vania’s work in large government, corporate, and not-for-profit organisations also contributes to the breadth of knowledge and expertise she brings to the Independent Agent team. Her experience offers an invaluable perspective that someone with working in organisations outside of real estate brings.

In her spare time Vania loves reading, spending time out on the water exploring different bays in Northland, or discovering new destinations on road trips across New Zealand. Vania lives with her family on a lifestyle block in Whangarei.
