Noel Smith

Noel has had many years of involvement and experience within the farming industry which offers him a practical and understanding base to be involved in the marketing of rural properties.

Since starting as a rural consultant in September 2001, Noel has undertaken and completed further industry exams and as such has now been awarded the status of AREINZ. These extra qualifications, experience and passion benefit his clients with confident, professional and realistic advice during the process of either purchasing or selling real estate.

A balance lifestyle is essential and this is achieved by Noel participating in several unrelated organisations and when time allows, the enjoyment of sports and in particular tramping one of the many excellent walking tracks available in New Zealand.
