Beginning her journey in 2004, Lisa’s background in customer service and her work in relocating foreign expatriates in China laid a strong foundation for her success. Lisa’s passion for the Auckland apartment market began in 2007 when she started personally buying and selling apartments in various complexes within the CBD. This hands-on experience naturally led to her obtaining a Real Estate Licence in 2011.

Since then, Lisa has been instrumental in guiding both buyers and sellers through the complexities of apartment investing and ownership, leveraging her personal experiences to benefit her clients.

As Auckland’s apartment construction surged, Lisa also became adept at off-plan project selling, with a portfolio that includes notable developments such as Queens Square, Connect, Sugar Tree Apartments, Victoria Residences, Park Residences, and Queens Residences. Recently, Lisa expanded her expertise to include commercial property, successfully leasing several spaces. Her deep passion for the apartment market is evident in her active involvement in the community, including serving on various Apartment Owners Committees for several years. She is currently the Chairperson of two Sugartree Owners Committees.
